LeadRnnr stores account, company, Lead, appointment, availability, billing, and communication-preference information needed to provide the service.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, organize Leads, schedule appointments, prevent conflicts, deliver requested communications, administer subscriptions, and support customers.
Sharing
Data may be processed by infrastructure, payment, and communication providers acting on LeadRnnr instructions. LeadRnnr does not sell personal information.
SMS consent and mobile information
When you enroll, LeadRnnr records your account identifier, SMS number, the disclosure you accepted, its version, the time and the consent source. Withdrawal is recorded separately so we can retain evidence of your choices. Phone ownership is self-attested; this enrollment is not an identity-verification service.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers processing messaging on our behalf may receive the information necessary to deliver and support requested messages, subject to restrictions on its use. SMS consent is not transferred to independent service companies.
You can withdraw SMS consent without changing email or push preferences. Contact LeadRnnr support for privacy requests.
Retention and security
Access is restricted by organization and role. Data is retained while required to provide the service, satisfy legal obligations, and preserve legitimate appointment history.
Your choices
Users can manage optional notification channels and may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
