Service
LeadRnnr provides lead organization, appointment scheduling, availability management, and related services for home service companies. Your order form or subscription selection determines the features and seats available to your organization.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, authorized use, and protecting login credentials. Managers control access for their organization and Field Pros may only use assigned accounts.
Billing
Paid plans renew annually unless otherwise agreed in writing. Trials, rebates, complimentary access, and portal-only arrangements may use different dates and conditions shown in the account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other organizations, or upload unlawful information.
Optional LeadRnnr SMS notifications
The LeadRnnr SMS program provides automated, non-marketing appointment, schedule and account notifications for events selected by enrolled users. Enrollment is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You must provide your own mobile number and explicitly accept the SMS disclosure before receiving these notifications. SMS event preferences alone do not enroll you. You may withdraw consent in your notification settings or reply STOP to stop texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact LeadRnnr support. Your carrier may require START to the same sender before previously blocked messages can resume.
Delivery depends on carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use this program for emergencies. Review the Privacy Policy and SMS enrollment instructions.
Availability and liability
The service is provided subject to reasonable maintenance and operational limits. Final commercial terms and governing-law provisions should be reviewed by LeadRnnr legal counsel before production launch.
