Service

LeadRnnr provides lead organization, appointment scheduling, availability management, and related services for home service companies. Your order form or subscription selection determines the features and seats available to your organization.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, authorized use, and protecting login credentials. Managers control access for their organization and Field Pros may only use assigned accounts.

Billing

Paid plans renew annually unless otherwise agreed in writing. Trials, rebates, complimentary access, and portal-only arrangements may use different dates and conditions shown in the account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other organizations, or upload unlawful information.

Availability and liability

The service is provided subject to reasonable maintenance and operational limits. Final commercial terms and governing-law provisions should be reviewed by LeadRnnr legal counsel before production launch.
